1. Research and source for best-fit candidates through :
(a) cold calls
(b) directory/trade publication
(c) other networks
(d) current database
(e) telephone screening
2. Provide HR Consulting services including talent acquisition, talent management & development, career transition management, new business unit/plant startup, etc.
3. Manage accounts and ensure effective service delivery in order to generate positive results for client to return.
4. Source for best-fit candidates locally and regionally
5..Conduct and lead in CPR presentation.
6. Provide professional consultation on employment markets.
7. Manage expectation of clients and candidates to close assignment successfully and expeditiously.
8. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, candidates and colleagues.
