Responsible for the sales to existing as well as new customers
Developing annual business targets in conjunction with Sales Manager
Complete understanding of pricing and proposal/offer models
Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to clients based on their business needs
Develops and maintains a project database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face meetings with customers and design companies, architects and consultants
Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
Creates and conducts effective product presentations explain the unique performance and quality aspects of the products - sells on value and performance, NOT price - delivers solutions
Maintains accurate records of all offers, quotations, meetings follow-ups, presentations and project movement within the assigned territory, using the provided company software programs and formats to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential .

任职条件
4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the B2B market though not necessarily industry specific.
Experience with selling and understanding engineering products with an ability to focus on performance and quality => deliver value
Extensive experience in all aspects of Customers Account Management.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to learn and work with a global team of professionals.
Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
Keen entrepreneurial spirit and high level of self propelled drive.
Good command of English in writing and speech.
