职位描述
Main Purpose of the Role: Take responsibility for all Korea related projects and manage day-to-day research operations, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively/efficiently and according to compliance rules.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Network Development
• Develop and grow network in Korea
• Attend and recruit at networking or industry conferences
Process setup
• Continuously review processes and the service provided to clients
• Build up the recruiting framework (standardize the process, identify Korea related research tools)
Project Execution
• Act as advisor to internal and external clients and manage expectations
• Flawlessly execute on Korea related projects
• Act as back up for the Research Manager
