职位描述
o Work on the development of the color range, the fabrics and the accessories of the themes and focus on the highlights of each season trends.
o collect information from market/internet/magazine/competitor according to senior designer’s analysis and instruction.
o Within the framework of the collection themes, you work with the PM, on the development of the product offer (style, accessories, details, fabric proposals)
o Follow up with the changes in the collection plan and the technical files.
o Follow up the sales performances and know the BESTS, BADS and the Starting up.
o Go with the PM during mid/long-term trips, in order to draft files on the premises.
o Attend fittings sessions to ensure the sample look is appropriate.
