职位概述
韩语客户经理是与企业客户沟通的重要桥梁,负责合约期内企业客户账户的运营。依据客户的业务状况、发展策略,与客户积极讨论,协助客户达到利润目标。韩语客户经理应充分了解企业客户的需求,提供PayPal产品资讯,为客户的重要操作提供支持服务。韩语客户经理应向现有PayPal客户提出改进建议,或向拥有其他业务的客户推荐PayPal,从而提高PayPal客户总支付量。
韩语客户经理是PayPal商户支持团队的基本组成部分,是与150个中小型企业客户沟通的桥梁。
EXPERIENCE
4+ years proven and strong inbound and outbound sales experience within a fast paced target oriented environment required
4+ years’ sales or business development experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: Internet Company, financial institution, payments processor, or telemarketing firm.
