职位描述
1. Read and reply to correspondence within SLA’s as defined for the specific communication channel.
负责处理与回复客人及公司内部的邮件,按照公司要求与客人进行沟通。
2. Conduct Vessel Reconciliation & Manifest process as per process design.
负责航运数据分析与整理,处理海关舱单发送。
3. Facilitate completion of documentation process
负责航运文件流程。
4. Handle DGD and REEF cargo shipments as per manuals, guidelines and policies.
按照特殊货物处理流程的要求,处理系统录入与单证整理。
5. System Workflow attendance and reply within timeframe
在规定的时间内,处理与回复公司单证流程管理中的咨询。
6. Assist customers with their issues keeping close communication with our co-workers locally in order to ensure prompt exception handling.
与分公司客服部合作,共同跟进客户的需求,维护公司客户。
7. Deliver customer experience as outline by CENCS
提高客户满意度。
