At least 5 years working experiences in Finance, 1 years people management skills. Nice to have FP&A experiences
This candidate target to have 6-8 subordinates
As A2R TL, better to cover SOX and compliance review scope
This candidate needs to be positive thinking, and can adapt to a changing environment
Target candidate profile should be as follows
• GL experiences, or strong at “AP/AR”, good people management skills. SSC experiences is not a must, but need to know about SSC module
• Down to earth personality
• Credo-based value
• Caring
