职位描述
• Handle all client inquiries about bookings and products through phone calls, emails, or other communication channel
• Ensure that all requests, issues and complaints are settled promptly and accurately, per defined policy, guidelines, term and conditions
• roactively manage bookings by running reports from system, to clean non needed bookings and to reconfirm last minutes bookings.
• Promote goodwill by being proactive, courteous, friendly, and helpful when dealing with clients and sales teams, to maintain good client relationship, achieve high level of client satisfaction, and retain client loyalty
• Rotate on the duty to support customer requests after office hours, might include evenings/nights during working days, and weekends as well as holidays
