职位描述
本职位是外派到某欧洲跨国公司工作,负责CMMB系统的日常维护和技术支持,主要客户是中国移动和中国广电。需要熟悉UNIX操作系统,TCP/IP协议,Oracle数据库操作。详细的职位描述和要求如下:
1 Responsibility:
• Capable of self-deploying CMMB CAS system.
• Be responsible for daily system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Creatively help local operator to increase subscriber base.
• Help local operator to resolve terminal-end issues related to CA function.
• Efficiently communicate technical issues internally by checking if similar issue has been reported in a Problem Report (PR) or create a new PR if required.
• Timely escalate any potential critical issues by following internal procedure.
• Strives to minimize the number of system failures and their impact on the end-user
2 Skills
• 2-3 years experience of on-site diagnosis and repair.
• Has a good telephone manner and remote diagnosis skills.
• Is fluent in English or is ready to dedicate the necessary effort to reach and maintain the minimum level of the First Certificate of English (Cambridge)
• Recognized expertise in the UNIX platforms, ideally AIX, and Windows XP.
• Ability to perform complex queries on Oracle databases.
• Recognized ability to analyze TCP/IP networking problems.
• Demonstrates good communication skills and reasonable inter-personal skills.
• Ability to complete problem analysis and do troubleshooting of simple multi-cluster systems.
