职位描述：
1.Develop an overall technology management strategy to centralize the technology assets including but not limited to the technology documents, solution center, demo center, etc.
2.Supervise and lead the corporate technology CoE, and drive the initiative of new service and technical capabilities.
3.Proactively identify and create technology service and solution packages to execute on company business objectives, whether via new audience segments, industry verticals, or new ways to package existing offerings.
4.Strategic planning and execution of corporate core IT application systems to improve the operation efficiency by leading an IT application development team.
5.Participate in the client engagement activities with business development team and demonstrate strong capabilities of the Company.
6.Responsible for rolling out to and training the sales and management team on selling the technical capabilities.
职位要求：
1.BS/MS with 8+ years IT industry experience
2.Broad technical skills and know-how on various technology sectors and vertical industries. E.g. SAP, J2EE, .NET, database, Internet techs, mobile tech, BI/DW, etc.
3.Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills required
4.Strong presentation skills, both giving and developing effective presentations.
5.Able to multi-task, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, fluid, and matrixed environment
6.Goal-oriented, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
7.Great teamwork and collaborative skills, and able to build and lead virtual teams
8.Strategic thinker with consultative selling skills within the digital media industry.
9.Fluent English language skills
