Position Title: 销售经理 （韩国籍）Sales Manager (Korean Speaking)
Reports To: 销售总监 Director of Sales (China)
Location: 上海浦东 Shanghai China (PuDong)
Overview:
The employer is a world-class manufacturer of dental implant systems funded in Korea and distributes a large selection of dental implants, instruments, lab components and grafting materials to complement its product lines. The China operation, with its regional headquarter in Shanghai, covers major cities including Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou, and Qingdao branches; the operation also includes two factories, warehouse, medical institute and training center. The company has gained a significant market share in its field in China.
Position Description:
• Execute sales plan and achieving sales goals including product sales and seasonal sales targets and, for long term, establishing sales network covering public hospitals and agency chain;
• Deals with business negotiations, contracts and commissioning; Deal with product delivery and invoicing
• Raise brand awareness by attending expos, events, out-reaching and conducting seminars
• Maintain relationship with clients by timely responding to feedbacks, suggestions and complaints
• Participate sales and marketing events and to ensure the sales plan is implemented
• Research on current and potential customers, competitors; deal with market intelligence
• Participate internal sales and product training, conduct sales team management

Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2. 5 years (or more) experience in sales, marketing or BD fields
3. Fluent in Korean and Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus
4. Working knowledge Microsoft Office applications
