职位描述
Key Responsibility Areas:
- To be able to provide high standard of customer service experience to the customer over the phone & emails;
- Act as a team player & co-ordinate with airlines, hotels and other partners to facilitate customer reservations.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Korean language is a must;
- Associate Graduation or equivalent in any discipline;
- Computer literacy.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in either travel/hotel related courses;
- Prior experience or knowledge of travel domain;
- Working experience in related domain.
Personal Attributes:
- Should be a team player with positive attitude;
- Passion for rendering customer service;
- Should be willing to work in 7*24 environment;
- Ability to multi-task & withstand pressure;
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

- 工作态度主动积极,有较好的团队协作能力;
- 有优秀的客服服务意识,有较强的责任心;
- 可以接受倒班制的工作时间。
