职位描述
Responsibilities:
· Support customer to monitor, process and resolve system issues via emails, calls and etc. in Korean, Chinese and English.
· Track and log problem occurrences.
· Write and maintain support process documentation.
· Setup system connection between customers and suppliers according to documentation.
· Communicate with customers, setup system connection, train suppliers
· Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
· Good Korean with written and verbal communication, college degree or above, native speaker is preferred
· Good English with written and verbal communication.
· Customer oriented, team work, led by example, multi-task and organizational skills.
· Hardworking, highly motivated and able to work under pressure, willing to learn new technologies.

根据文档内容,在客户以及供应商之间设立系统连接,培训供应商上线

任职资格:
良好的韩语和英语书面以及口语表达,大专以上学历,最好是韩国本土人
以客户服务为导向,能够团队合作,能同时处理多任务,良好的组织能力
稳定性强、积极肯干、自我驱动、能承担一定压力
