职位描述
Responsibilities
- Transfer printed Korean healthcare data into electronic files; verify data and make necessary updates based on feedbacks from the team in South Korea;
- Match data with IMS reference data files;
- Perform careful and detailed Quality Control on data matching results, ensuring the accuracy and on-time delivery of the data report;
- Consistently support the team to fine-tune workflow and improve performance.
Qualifications
- College diploma with 3+ years of work experience or Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Proficient in Korean language, being able to speak and write in Korean fluently; those of Korean Ethnic whose mother tongue is Korean are preferred;
- Good communication skills and strong execution capabilities;
- Organized, detailed-oriented and accountable; quick learner and team player;
- Frequent user of MS Office tools, such as Word, Excel etc.
主要职责
- 录入韩国医药相关市场数据；验证数据有效性，必要时基于韩国团队的反馈修正和完善数据；
- 完成数据与标准描述数据库的匹配；
- 对匹配结果进行精密的质量控制，确保数据的准确性和及时交付；
- 持续支持内部工作流程优化、改善工作绩效。
职位要求
- 正规院校全日制大专毕业、三年以上工作经验，或全日制本科以上学历；
- 精通韩语，能用韩语进行流利的口头和书面沟通；母语为韩语的朝鲜族人士优先；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和极强的执行力；
- 做事细心、有条理，并具有极强的责任心；学习能力强、擅长团队合作；
- 熟练使用Office软件，如Word, Excel等。
