职位描述
Responsibilities工作职责:
- Ensure to implement of IT management policy and procedure; 确保IT部门管理政策和流程的有效执行
- Response to user requests & incident/problems via online/phone/email & log them into service desk application according to establish ITSM procedures;根据相应的IT服务管理流程通过服务台响应并处理用户邮件电话在线工具的服务请求和解决问题
- Manage IT procurement include laptop/desktop/monitor/accessories etc. 管理IT方面的采购包括笔记本、台式机、显示器和电脑相关的附件等
- Server Management: Install and support server hardware, setup server OS, manage VMware infrastructure, manage Microsoft Active Directory. Setup and configure Antivirus server, File and Print infrastructure etc. 服务器管理:安装并支持服务器硬件、操作系统;管理VMware 虚拟机后台和微软活动目录;安装和配置防病毒服务器,文件和服务器等
- Network Service: Monitor and manage WAN/LAN switch infrastructure; 网络管理:监控和管理广域网和局域网的交换和路由设备
- Security Service: IT Vulnerability management and maintain Door Access system etc.安全管理:IT信息安全漏洞的管理和维护门禁系统的正常工作
- Provide basic IT training for internal staff ; 提供员工基本的IT培训
- Other duties as required. 完成直属领导交办的其他事物
Qualifications职位要求:
- Bachelor or above in Computer Science, related technical field; 计算机科学或者相关理工科等本科以上学历
-Min. of 2 years working experience as IT Engineer position in foreign company; 2年以上外资企业的工作经历
-Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Win7/Win10/Linux workstation, Windows server 2008/2012, Cisco Network connectivity and TCP/IP etc. 精通Office/Win7/Win10/Linux/ Microsoft Server 2008/2012,思科网络和TCP/IP 协议
-MCSE/CCNP/Linux/ITIL certificate is preferred; 拥有微软MCSE/CCNP/Linux/ITIL 认证优先
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; 流利的中英文双语读写能力
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill; 具有强大的分析和解决问题的能力
- Proactive, strong sense of responsibility and has ability to deal with crossed duties at same time; 工作积极主动,责任心强,并具备同时处理多种事务的能力
- Good communication skill. 良好的沟通技巧
