We are a company in the water treatment equipment business, active in China for 4 years and now looking for a business developer for our fast-growing business in China.
Responsibilities
- Business development and support new customers
- Work together with the international sales & marketing manager in Belgium to set and achieve sales and business development targets
- Have an eye for marketing needs and requirements
- Participate in events and seminars
- You can work part-time from your home office, but frequently go on business trips (once or twice a month)
Profile, Knowledge and Skills
- Chinese national, male or female, 25 – 35 years old (We accept candidates from all over China!)
- Dynamic personality, eager to learn with a good level of ‘common sense’ and no fear of working independently and under pressure
- Excellent English reading and writing skills, and ability to understand and speak English well
- Sales skills and easy to fit into the existing organization
- Pro-activeness and self-motivation is very important
- Proficient at Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and other software
Education and Experience Requirements
- College degree or higher. Some technical affinity is a plus, no need to be an engineer or technical person
- People with experience in international trade and/or foreign companies preferred
- At least 2-3 years working experience, experience in the water treatment equipment business is a plus
