Responsibilities
Follow a well-defined workflow of an internal process to categorize the health of support cases.
Wellness service, which will require follow-up case reviews, follow-ups and escalation, as well as case reporting to the account managers for visibility.
Stay current on new process changes and/or tools changes/updates related to this service.
Requirements
Excellent Korean Oral, Written and English Written.
Good English Oral skill.
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
Time management, Team collaboration and Critical thinking skills.
Be diligent, patient and self-critical.
