职位描述
该职位为我司为石龙客户招聘,该司主要从事鞋机销售及售后维护。
该职务无需直接负责销售及面对客户,主要工作内容为协助协调机器售后维护,如遇问题及时安排工程师处理并向总公司汇报,及时定期汇总销售情况向总公司做书面汇报。
另外需维护办公室整洁、档案整理、部分出纳工作等。
该职务需要较好的英语水平,能独立沟通交流、邮件来往等。
QUALIFICATION:
? *** preferred but not foundamental;
? College graduate, 1-2 years working experience in foreign company is perfect,
? Fluency in English listening, speaking and writing and translations English-Chinese and vice versa.;
? Computer literacy, familiar with Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
? Good communication skills, quick thinking, very well organized for work;
? Strong teamwork skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
? 1.Prepare all necessary documentations for customers, which include quotation, simple technologic and process explanation, etc.
? 2.Communication with customers via all possible communication means, phone, fax and email, to know and to fulfill customer needs in view of the company best interest.
? 3.Assist sales people to prepare documents for customers.
? 4. Customer database management; and Secretarial works in the office.
? 5. Follow the process of purchasing and returning material, also the date of delivery;
? 6. Offer sheet of after-sale, accessories shipment;
? 7. Assist the supervisor to arrange the job of after-sale technician.
? 8. Assist the supervisor for the paper, as well as other follow-up work related.
? 9. Communicate with head office for commercial and after sales supports and instruction.
