职位描述
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the TC Deputy/Director's calendars;
2. Be responsible for daily translation / interpretation and minutes recording of the TC meeting and keep minutes in files and follow up the implementation of the meeting decisions;
3. Be responsible for manage daily TC documentation (organization chart, job description,etc.);
4. Be responsible for weekly timecards statistics, monthly update of project cost statistics;
5. Be responsible for invitation & protocol of monthly CTM meeting;
6. Be responsible for TC foreign expert's management;
7. Part time attendance recorder and newsletter reporter;
8. Company 5S drive team member, be responsible for 5S in TC;
9. Be responsible for organize & set up telephone conference in TC.
Qualification and requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with English major or related major, minimum CET6.
2. 1-2 years relative work experience, 2nd language is preferred.
3. Eligible English verbal and written capability, and good computer operation skill (esp.OFFICE)
4. Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
5. Responsible and diligent, with some coordination capabilities.
6. Focus on customer satisfaction is a must
