职位描述
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
1, Work with design team to develop new product; Set up criteria and quality control plan; Ensuring quality system was implemented in design phase.
2, Work with Production/Process team for Mass production quality control; yield improvements. Issue driving, work with team to identify root cause, action plan and follow up till closure.
3, Face to Customer for new products/process audit; Quality complain handling; 8D preparation.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILIES
1, Work with PD to validate new design and give appropriate solution to customer; to test the sample to verify its reliability and durability and analyze test result then approve sample;
2, Work with PD to validate tooling, to enhance the product and tooling manufacturability;
3, Prepare quality plan (CP, checklist, Q-run plan, SPC plan, cosmetic criteria ect .);
4, Qualify tooling ,process and product, ensuring its capability meet internal and customer required;
5, Submit PPAP to customer and approve PPAP of Supplier;
6, Audit new product supplier;
7, Work with Production team to training production team(PE, setter, inspector) ;
8, Handle customer complaint;
9, In process control to meet PPM target (3000ppm),
10, 8D work process for issue driving and actions follow up.
