- Female, 21 to 35 years old
- Bachelor or Master degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language
- Minimum 1 year Chinese teaching experience (before or after graduation)
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with western culture and students.

Salary: (depending of the experience)
- Free training
- Full time contract
- Housing Funds and Social Insurance.
- Salary depending of 1) the level of the teacher (internal evaluation) 2) the number of hours taught (average 80 to 120 hours/month).
- Salary between 2000 and 5000 RMB/ month.
- Good career evolution perspectives (additional responsibilities or management roles)
