任职要求:Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance;
3-4 years working experience in accounting, 1 year in General Ledger function is a must;
Professional Accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA) is preferred;
Tax computation and VAT return experience;
Be familiar with PRC/US GAAP;
Oracle ERP experience is preferred;
Change Management Experienced is preferred;
Strong Microsoft platform capability;
Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
职位职责:Provide an excellent service to internal customers of the Shared Service Centre GL function, in excess of expectations.
Deploys Shared Service Strategy within the GL Team.
Manages and Monitors progress of key initiatives within the Shared Service Centre GL Team/
Keeps up-to-date with key business changes and process/technical trends and acts quickly to acquire the knowledge and skills that will contribute to making the organisation an industry benchmark.
A. Performs General Ledger accounting responsibility;
B. Work with Plant controller team to make sure the smooth monthly closing;
C. Improves formalized standards and procedures in using new technologies;
D. Work with AR/AP team for reconciliation and internal AR/AP reconciliation;
E. Take initiative to solve the accounting problems and issues;
F. Takes steps to develop business relationships anticipating the customer’s future needs;
G. Understands the key fundamentals that drive the business results success of the organization and its customers and suppliers;
J. Ensure all relevant statutory deadlines and quality thresholds are met in relation to Statutory Accounts, Tax Computations and VAT returns;
K. Work with auditors, both internal and external, for US reporting, local reporting and SOX compliance.
