Job Requirements:
• Maintain the relation with the current franchisees and make the business development of franchisees, management proposal of stores and projects to reach the sales target.
• Evaluate the team of franchisees and take action to increase the number of franchisees.
• Evaluate and manage the franchisees, make reports and carry out the action plan.
• Follow up the key accounts of project to insure the good service.
• Monitor the store image of the franchisees.
