Customer Service Representative
Target Person from: Korean
Working Location: Suzhou, China
Responsibility:
1. Handle incoming call inquiries from customers in terms of product introduction and customer issues for Surface.
2.Provide information about the programs supported to enable customers to access the programs and the associated benefits;
3.Identifies customer requirements and ensures that they are answered or routed through to the appropriate support area;
4.Be willing to following the working time assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. Native Korean speaking.
2. Nice voice, strong presentation skills and good customer service sense.
3. Be able to maintain pleasant communication with good customer service sense and self-control.
4. Be familiar with PC and digital products.
