-Provide technical and functional expertise in support HR system of SAP, Payroll, Time attendance, Learning, Recruiting &performance management etc.
-Lead the systems update review and testing process.
-Support the full range of functions of HR systemsn.
-Coordinate the testing and implementation of new or modified functionality and related communications and training.
-Lead for HRIS optimization, continued implementation, and downstream interfaces; coordination of project plans for HRIS and integrated systems.
-At least 5 years relevant working experience.
-Must have solid and proven hands on experience on leading HRIS project or experience in HR system migration, upgrade, development and maintenance，Familiar with HRIS system SAP, recruiting system ATS.
-Leading or at least participate in large, cross-functional teams project within a global company in the execution of complex and cross- function projects
-Good understanding of general HR practices including Staffing, C&B and other HR functions
